Student Assistants Wanted for the Implementation of a Moodle Course (GIDL)

For the summer semester 2025 (01.05.2025), one or more student assistant positions with a total of up to 40 hours per month are to be filled as part of the implementation of a Moodle course in the Department of Participatory IT Design (PIT).

Job description

As part of the project "Gender in die Lehre der MINT-Fächer" (GIDL), a reflection course on the topic of "Accessibe teaching" (in German) is to be developed for lecturers at the University of Kassel. The aim of the project is to support lecturers and thus promote access to and participation in university teaching for students. To this end, a Moodle course is to be designed that provides information, resources and opportunities for reflection.

Tasks

We are looking for student assistants to support the development of the German-language Moodle course. Typical tasks are

  • Assisting with the content design of the course
  • Researching resources (literature, best practice examples, videos, etc.)
  • Creation of Moodle structures and elements
  • Content creation on Moodle

What we expect

Reliability, a systematic way of working, a professionally qualifying degree, if necessary previous knowledge in the areas of didactics, educational research, inclusion and/or with Moodle
