New DFG project "ReToGan"

The Department of Power Electronics visited TU Berlin on September 19 and 20 as part of the second phase of the DFG Priority Program 2312 - GaNius - Energy Eficient Power Electronics. Mr. Yasser Yousefi, research associate at the department since mid-August, presented the newly approved project “ReToGaN - Investigations of Reliability, Parameter Stability and Topologies for GaN-Based Power Electronics”. The project is being carried out in cooperation with the Chair of Power Electronics at Chemnitz University of Technology.
