Participation and Best Poster Award at the DC-Systems and EV-Charging Summer School

Pramod Apte from the Department of Power Electronics participated in the DC Systems and EV Charging Summer School, which was organized at TU Delft in the Netherlands from 1 to 5 July 2024. This summer school provided a theoretical background and practical experience on the most important aspects of DC systems and EV charging. It covered a wide range of topics such as DC microgrids, energy transition, smart charging of electric vehicles and wireless power transmission. The Summer School included twenty-three 45-minute lectures by experts in DC systems and electric vehicle charging from TU Delft and other international universities and research and development centers. 
Participants visited the Shell Energy Transition Campus (ETCA) in Amsterdam and the ABB E-Mobility Innovation Lab in Delft, where they learned about the latest research and technological advances. The Summer School participants had the opportunity to present their work in a poster presentation at the Shell ETCA Campus. Pramod Apte's poster was awarded as one of the three best posters.
