Biographie
Hristina Damevska Mitrovikj is an administrative professional with over 15 years of experience in office management, project coordination, and multilingual communication. Recently appointed as an administrative employee at the Institute for English and American Studies, she brings a wealth of expertise in managing organizational operations and fostering effective communication in academic and international environments.
Throughout her career, Hristina has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee complex administrative tasks while ensuring efficient and structured workflows. She has been responsible for coordinating meetings, workshops, and events, managing office operations, and supervising budgets. Her meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving approach have enabled her to handle various administrative and organizational challenges effectively.
Hristina’s experience in project coordination includes roles in international development initiatives, where she contributed to fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Her responsibilities encompassed scheduling and resource management, translating critical documents, and providing research and analytical support.
