Identity factors among Honorarios employees in the Chilean public sector

The present research is part of a contemporary effort to understand the issue of identity in the world of labour. For this purpose, I chose to analyse a group of employees within the Chilean public sector known as Honorarios. My aim is to search for common identity factors among these employees based on the experience of non-recognition.
