REVISION DER NACHKRIEGSMODERNE - STADTEINGANG BRÜDER-GRIMM-PLATZ/ HESSENLAND | With Matthias Tunnemann, Frank Flor, Christian Presche and Jochen Scharf

Wilhelmshöher Alle meets Kassel's city center at Brüder Grimmplatz. This central entrance to the city center is dominated by the Hotel Hessenland (architect Arnold Bode) and the open space of Brüder Grimm Square - both listed buildings from the post-war era. Why and how are they being reshaped? What criticism is there, what are the qualities of the new plans (Sprengwerk Architekten Kassel and Club L94 Landschaftsarchitekten Köln)?

With Michael Tunnemann (Sprengwerk Architekten Kassel), Frank Flor (Club L94, Köln), Christian Presche (tbc) and N.N.

Please note: The lecture will be held in German.

The lecture will take place in person, will be recorded and will soon be available as a video here.
