A younger generation is rediscovering the countryside and developing a new (building) culture in the countryside - including in Northern Hesse. Experiencing nature and affordable real estate offer opportunities for new practices. These include the 3000 square meter Los Angeles art space in Günsterrode and self-build projects by graduates of our faculty.
