To support my Department of Information Systems and Systems Development (WISE) at the University of Kassel in research and teaching, I am looking for a research assistant (TV-Hessen E13) with interest in a PhD (full-time/100% position) - flexible start date; part-time and hybrid possible
I am looking for a motivated person who would like to support me in research and teaching and do a PhD on a current topic in Information Systems. You should be enthusiastic about conducting relevant and high-quality research in the area of building and calibrating user trust in AI-based information systems.

I expect you to have

• A university degree with good or very good grades in business informatics / computer science / industrial engineering / business administration or comparable subject areas
• Strong social and communication skills, initiative, motivation, a high sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team and very good organizational skills
• Support in teaching in the department and assumption of departmental tasks
• Enthusiasm for high-quality research and ideally initial experience in behavioral or design-oriented research methods
• Very good knowledge of German and English
