Luzie Thiel is invited by AEA to present her research paper on the two-way relationship between monetary policy and inequality (discussion paper "Monetary Policy and Inequality: a Two-way Relation") at the AEA Poster Session of the 2024 Annual Meeting to present. The conference will be held January 05-07 in San Antonio, Texas. 

The discussion paper is available in the Joint Discussion Paper Series in Economics. The research paper examines the two-way relationship between monetary policy and inequality using a New Keynesian model with heterogeneous agents and shows that inequality can amplify the transmission of monetary policy.
