2000 - Two papers from Kassel University awarded VDI prize

On November 1, the Association of Engineers of Northern Hesse (VDI) awarded two engineering scientific papers with the VDI Prize 2000. For their outstanding achievements, VDI Chairman Dipl.- Ing. Ulrich Jonas awarded the prizes, endowed with 4,000 and 2,000 marks, respectively, during an event at the Department of Agriculture, International Agricultural Development and Ecological Environmental Protection in Witzenhausen. For their outstanding achievements, VDI Chairman Dipl.-Ing. The first prize was awarded to the Indonesian Ananta Andy Anggraini-Süß for the doctoral thesis she wrote on "Recycling of used edible oils and fats in the energetic-technical field".
