Lennart Jansen

Lennart has been a PhD student in the department since June 2023. He studied Sustainable Agriculture B.Sc. at the HRSW and Sustainable International Agriculture M.Sc. at the Universities of Göttingen and Kassel. His focus is on the application of process-based crop models for climate change impact attribution and adaptation in agriculture in the Global South, especially for heat stress. He is currently working on the development of a machine-learning supported yield model for the West African region.
