New article on the federal states' roles in how universities compete in Germany by Seidenschnur, Götze, and Krücken appeared

In a new publication that has just appeared as online first version, Tim Seidenschnur, Nico Götze and Georg Krücken analyse multiple competition at the interface of universities and federal states. The paper (title: Multiple roles of the state - federal states and their roles in how universities compete in Germany) is a contribution to a special issue 'How do Universities Compete' of the journal "Studies in Higher Education" edited by Roland Bloch, Alexander Mitterle, and Tim Seidenschnur.

Further contributions to the special issue "How do Universities Compete" ed. by Bloch, Mitterle, and Seidenschnur will gradually appear as online first publications and will be available on the journal's homepage.
