Prof. Dr. Youssef Aboussaleh

Prof. Youssef Aboussaleh with a background in agricultural sciences and human nutrition is teaching fundamental and applied nutrition in the Faculty of Sciences at Ibn Tofail University, Kenitra, Morocco. Main interest is healthy foods with an emphasize on local and Mediterranean Diet. He is the Territory case (Kenitra) person coordinating the Moroccan part of SysOrg Project with a team of PhD students, postdocs and some co-workers.
