Dr. Samir Bikri

Samir Bikri is a temporary researcher at Ibn Tofail University, Faculty of Sciences in Kenitra, Morocco. He holds a PhD in Biology, Neuroscience and Health. His research interests are focused on Human Nutrition, the Mediterranean Diet, and Brain Function. Since February 2022, He has been working on research and cooperation activities related to Organic Agro-Food systems as models for sustainable food systems in Northern Africa, specifically in the city of Kenitra, under the supervision of Professor Youssef Aboussaleh.
