Workshop: Capacity Building TrainingProgramme for Trade Union Researchers

Held over two days in the campus conference center, the event brought together industrial relations officers, labor educators, and labor researchers. It aimed to teach a variety of skills needed to conduct research in the broad field of labor relations: to apply ethical principles in labor research, choose appropriate research methods, properly analyze data, and effectively disseminate research findings. Therefore, six experts were invited to share practical and relevant insights from their own work with the participants, enabling them to reflect on their own research work in the labor sector.
