On Tuesday, december, 23th, Maria Mavlikeeva sucessfully defended her doctoral thesis "How do Entrepreneurial Experience, Gender and Ethnicity of Job Applicants Affect their Labor Market Outcomes? Evidence from Large-scale Correspondence Studies.
The reviewers of her thesis were: Prof. Dr. Guido Bünstorf (PhD supervisor / First reviewer); Prof. Dr. Björn Frank (Second reviewer).

Maria Mavlikeeva has been researcher at INCHER and at the Chair for Economic Policy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Kassel (FB07) since December 2017.
As part of her dissertation project, she conducted field experiments on the labor markets in various countries in order to examine the chances of certain groups of applicants.
