The subject area at the 23rd Psychology of Safety and Health Workshop

From 13 to 15 May, the Department of Occupational and Organizational Psychology at the FernUniversität in Hagen and the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) hosted the 23rd Psychology of Safety and Health Workshop (PASiG) at the DASA Arbeitswelt exhibition in Dortmund.

As part of the quadrilogue between science, practice, research and politics, the department was involved with three contributions. Fabian Fritsch, together with Kirsten Hollstein from Lene Health, spoke about the challenges at the interface between science and practice when carrying out risk assessments of mental stress. In addition, the topics of virtual self-efficacy and resilience as a personal resource in the workplace contributed to the scientific exchange.
