The doctoral office is the central contact point for all formal procedural questions concerning your doctorate.

The doctoral office offers scheduled consultation hours (in person, by telephone or video-supported via Zoom).

In order to be able to respond to your request as quickly as possible, please state your doctoral number, briefly state your request and let us know whether you would like to be called back or contacted by e-mail.

Personal consultation hours
The Doctoral Office offers personal consultation hours on Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Campus Center, 3rd floor. Simply let the staff at the information desk know that you would like a personal consultation and a colleague from the Doctoral Office will pick you up.

Note on the submission of dissertation copies

You can submit your dissertation copies as a package
- via the in-house mail of the University of Kassel
- via a postal service of your choice or
- in person at the Information Studium in the Campus Center.

You can also submit your dissertation package in person. Please make an appointment with the Doctoral Office for this purpose.
