Presidential Board

The board manages the university and promotes its internal and external development with the participation of the university council and in conjunction with the other university bodies, faculties, members and affiliates. The board consists of the President, the Vice-Presidents and the Provost.

Prof. Dr Ute Clement, President

Prof. Dr Ute Clement chairs the executive committee and represents the university in the public arena. She has the authority to set guidelines (“Richtlinienkompetenz”).

Dr Oliver Fromm, Provost

Dr Oliver Fromm manages the administration of the university in line with the guidelines issued by the board. He is also responsible for the areas of knowledge transfer, start-up business and personnel development.
