Excursion to the Hessian State Domain Frankenhausen

The Green Office invites all interested parties to an excursion to the Hessian State Domain Frankenhausen organized by its student assistants. The Hessische Staatsdomäne Frankenhausen is the agricultural farm of the University of Kassel, where teaching and research take place in the context of the production of organic food.

The event will take place on May 8 at 14:00 and is expected to end at 15:30. An exciting guided tour of the state domain awaits you on site, where you can learn more about sustainable agriculture and organic research projects.

Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to round off the afternoon with coffee and cake. The cost for this is €5 per person. To make planning easier, we ask you to indicate when registering whether you would like to take advantage of this offer.

Registration is possible until April 30. You can either arrive by bike - for which there is ample parking on site - or by bus. The journey by bike from the HoPla university campus takes about an hour. We ask all participants to organize their own arrival and departure. The meeting point for the excursion is directly at the Frankenhausen state domain.
