Decentralised Representatives for Women and Equality

We are the contact persons for all tasks of the decentralised representative of women* and equality at the Kassel Institute for Sustainability. We work collectively on issues relating to the representation and support of women* at the university and improving the reconciliation of work and family care. We offer advice and help in cases of gender discrimination, harassment and sexualized violence.
