Excursion to Witzenhausen - Open Day

Did you know that a campus of the University of Kassel is located in a small village with half-timbered houses surrounded by cherry trees? On April 27, 2025, the Faculty of Ecological Agricultural Sciences will be holding an open day in the beautiful old town of Witzenhausen, with a historical tour of the former monastery, a plant market and live music. We will have lunch together in the canteen and take a look at the tropical greenhouse before the tour. Please note that the monastery tour will be in German.
Register by sending a short e-mail with your name, matriculation number and telephone number to welcome-centre@uni-kassel.de. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive further information about the start time and meeting point by e-mail. Please note - there are very few places available, so please only register if you really have time. The Welcome Center tutors at the International Office look forward to seeing you.
