Introductory events

There are several introductory events at University of Kassel to learn more about studying at University of Kassel as an international student and to receive helpful information.

• The first introductory event is the Pre-Arrival Online Welcome Week from Monday, 17th March to Thursday, 20th March, 2025, held via Zoom.
• The second introductory event is the Welcome Week from Monday, 14th April to Wednesday, 16th April, 2025.

Please note, that it is highly recommended that you arrive in Kassel before the start of the semester to participate in the introductory events.

• The introductory event of the M.Sc. degree program Electrical Communication Engineering ist the ECE Info Meeting (Orientation Day) on Thursday, 24th April, 2025, 10 am to 12 pm, Wilhelmshöher Allee 73, room 1328. Participation is mandatory. The meeting is followed by the ECE Lunch for Newcomers on Thursday, 24th April, 2025, 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
