Female students at the Department of Electrical Engineering/Computer Science

Women have become an integral part of engineering. in mathematics, computer science, natural and technical sciences, they are an integral part of every corporate culture and master all tasks and problems in industry and at the university at least as well as their male colleagues and fellow students. Nevertheless, women are severely underrepresented in computer science and electrical engineering studies. The department would like to change this and offer information on how to get in touch with each other, regular meetings and mentoring programs on this page. Female students are also welcome to meet up with female students and doctoral candidates to exchange experiences before their studies - just drop by!

Female students meet every Wednesday between 12:30 and 13:30 in the canteen at Wilhelmshöher Allee 71-73 diagonally opposite the food counter (near Bühnenaufgang). There is always a contact person available at these times.

A regular meeting outside the university to exchange experiences takes place every

every second Wednesday from xx o'clock in the yyyy.

All female students and doctoral candidates from the Department of Electrical Engineering/Computer Science are cordially invited. Female students from other departments are always welcome. Interested female students are also cordially invited to drop by.
