As a municipal energy supplier, EAM is currently training around 100 young people to become industrial clerks, electronics technicians for operating technology, industrial electricians, specialists for water supply technology and in the dual study program Bachelor of Science/ Engineering Electrical Engineering and Business Informatics. The company is driving forward the energy transition with innovative concepts and thus offers trainees the opportunity to play an active role in shaping the energy supply of tomorrow.
Young people from EAM's entire network area, which covers large parts of Hesse and southern Lower Saxony as well as parts of North Rhine-Westphalia, Thuringia and Rhineland-Palatinate, take advantage of the opportunity for qualified training. Part of the training takes place in the training workshop in Baunatal in northern Hesse. The practical parts are completed close to home in a regional team.
