In winter term 2024/2025, we have a (more) practical module (for Master Informatik) about how to engineering cryptographic schemes and protocols securely. Interesting topics include (but not limited to) implementing DSA signatures, key exchange protocols, and lattice-based cryptography. It is built upon the module “Grundlagen der modernen Kryptographie” (summer term 2024) and extends it with practical knowledge.

If you are interested in applied cryptography, you are welcome to join! You should already know basic programming with Python (or other language). Knowledge about “Grundlagen der modernen Kryptographie” is expected.
