We keep the change in teaching culture alive through continuing education, project development, consulting and support for teachers and teaching operations.

The central goal of our activities is teaching success. We understand this as a complex construct involving faculty and students, impacted by curricula and a wide variety of environmental variables.

SCL's professional development, consultation, and support services provide multiple occasions and opportunities to reflect on the state and possibilities for development of academic university teaching, both at the individual level of teachers and at the organizational level. Dialogue with faculty and subjects is central to our work.

A particular focus of our work is the development and support of digital teaching and study innovations in close connection with the resulting changes in classroom teaching. Ideally, such an innovation can be fully integrated into the university's core teaching process.
