7th Religious Education Study Day of the Institute for Catholic Theology

The Institute for Catholic Theology cordially invites you to the 7th Religious Education Theological Study Day, which will take place the day after tomorrow, Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to approximately 8:30 p.m. in the Gießhaus, Mönchebergstraße 5.

The topic is"Talking about God* in religious education. Potentials of classroom conversations." 

The study day for students and teachers of religion will serve to deepen and exchange through work with instructional videos and will present the results of the empirical Kassel instructional study on "Conversations in Religious Education".

The following main lectures will be given:

God: (no)longer a topic? The question of God in secular times
Prof. Dr. Julia Knop (Professor of Dogmatics at the University of Erfurt)

Talking about God* in class discussions 
Dr. Daniel Bertram, Dominic Fröhle (for the religious education working group "Conversations in Religious Education" at the University of Kassel).

It is also possible to join us only for the main lectures, which will begin at 6:00 pm in the Gießhaus.
