• Coordinator of department-wide IT security; maintenance and care of department-wide security and storage media.
• Coordinator and documentation of typo3 access for department-wide facilities.

• Coordinator and documentation of department-wide IT address allocation.
• Supporting the IT structural planning of the Institutes and the Faculty
• Documentation and evaluation of user statistics etc.

• Incoming: Advice and support for exchange students, foreign students and international doctoral students (initial contact, introductory events, consultation hours, etc.).
• Outgoing: general advice for students on the topic of studying abroad and school internships abroad (FB 02).
• Concept development for department-wide internationalization activities; support for the Institutes with internationalization issues in the area of teaching and student exchange.
• Networking: initiating and maintaining FB-wide partnerships, steering and responding to inquiries, contact persons for Int. Office/International Office, other FBs, etc.
• Communication, visibility & social embedding - e.g. German Café; create and maintain information media.
