Andreas GUTMANN (KIS Kassel): DECOLONIZING THE STATE AND THE LAW? THE LATIN AMERICAN NEOCONSTITUTIONALISM AND LEGAL PLURALISM

In winter semester 24/25, the CELA (Centro de estudios latinoamericanos) of the University of Kassel initiated an international colloquium and discussion forum that brings together research on and with Latin America in Kassel and makes it visible. Researchers and visiting scholars from the University of Kassel will present their research findings. The lectures will be held in Spanish or English.
