Training course "Dealing with sexualized discrimination and violence in the work and teaching context"

The training aims to raise awareness and provide a refresher on the incidents and types of sexualized violence and harassment in the field of science and research. To this end, a conceptual and practice-oriented classification of the topic of sexualized discrimination and violence is provided, with particular emphasis on the responsibility and role of lecturers when they are confronted with the topic in the context of teaching, and the training also provides knowledge of possible courses of action, guidelines and contact points within and outside the university.
