Call for Applications: GLU Alumni Workshop in New Delhi, India

The Global Labour University is organising an Alumni Workshop for graduates from the GLU programmes between the 21st and the 27th of September 2024 in New Delhi, India. The focus of the workshop will be on the global challenges in the world of work, with a particular emphasis on topics such as just transition, gender equality, migration, and authoritarian regimes. The aim is to explore how these challenges impact the work of trade unions and the labour movement at large. Alumni attending the workshop are requested to present their suggested case studies during one of the sessions at the workshop, providing an opportunity for in-depth discussions and knowledge sharing among the Alumni and the participating experts from the GLU network.

There is a limited amount of funding support available to cover travel and accommodation expenses for some of the Alumni who are selected to participate in the workshop. If you or the institution supporting your application have resources available, we would greatly appreciate any voluntary contributions toward covering your travel expenses to India. This contribution will enable broader participation at the workshop.
