- Eva Zahn: Learning Transferable Skills with Digital Learning Services: A Systematic Literature Review
Link to the paper
Abstract: In the era of digitalization and globalization, employees need to react flexibly to new challenges. Therefore, they need transferable skills to adapt and compete in the labor market. These skills, such as digital competencies, are non-technical and action-oriented, making standardized learning concepts less effective. Adaptive learning opportunities that cater to individual needs are important but rarely available. One promising solution is the use of digital learning opportunities to promote these skills. This systematic literature review analyzes current literature on learning transferable skills with technology, identifies research gaps, and provides practical insights. While digital problem-solving training is making progress, robust digital learning solutions are still lacking for many other skills.
After the conference, the chair team was able to gather some impressions of the city and culture in Salt Lake City.
