In our research project "Hybrid Intelligence Service Support(HISS)" we are working on the development and exploration of digital service systems that improve enterprise IT services by using Hybrid Intelligence (AI+human).

The HISS project started in April 2020 and is characterized by being human-centric with state-of-the-art AI technology to design the service support of tomorrow - empowering employees and making solutions user-centric.

How do we work?

As project manager you will work in a Scrum team with relevant end users and other stakeholders. As a product owner, you will explore new artificial intelligence (AI) approaches in service support together with leading companies in an agile setting. You will additionally work with highly motivated experts and developers to bring their concepts to life!

What convinces us:

• Degree in business informatics / -sciences /
  -engineering / -informatics or related disciplines completed with at least good grades
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies and to deepen your knowledge of them. Optimally competencies in the area of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Strong social and communication skills, initiative, high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team, very good organizational skills
• Support in teaching at the Department of Information Systems and assumption of departmental tasks
• Very good knowledge of German and English
