The team from the Department of Macroeconomics will once again be represented at numerous renowned international conferences in summer 2024. Luzie Thiel is particularly active, having attended the Annual Meeting of the American Economic Association (ASSA 2024) in San Antonio and the 17th RGS Doctoral Conference in Economics in Essen, the 58th Annual Canadian Economics Associations Meetings and the 28th International Conference on Macroeconomic Analysis and International Finance in Crete in May 2024. In summer 2024, she will also attend the 39th Meeting of the European Economic Assocation in Rotterdam and the VfS Annual Conference 2024 in Berlin. In summer 2024, Prof. Gründler co-organized the CESifo Public Economics Conference in Munich, the ZEW-ifo Young Scholar Political Economy Conference in Fürth and attended the 7th international conference on dictatorship and democracy (PEDD) in Münster.
