Experienced and young scientists are committed to researching and teaching current and international issues. We focus on future topics in organic agriculture and the food industry - from soil life, resource-conserving plant production, animal-friendly and environmentally friendly livestock farming, food-friendly processing and target group-oriented marketing to agriculture as part of the landscape, environment and society. The German and English-language degree courses are characterized by a variety of teaching and learning methods and practical training based on scientific principles.
