Workshop Science Conference Organic Farming - Publication published

There has long been a debate in sustainability science about which skills should be taught with university degrees. Based on various teaching activities and practical experience, we discussed with the participants the question of which skills should be taught for the organic food industry. The documentation has now been published in the conference proceedings .
