- "Use ofEcologicalRaw Materialsfrom Mixed Cultures in Regional Value Creation Chainsas a Real Laboratory".
- Support a more climate- and species-friendly agriculture with mixed cultures. Strengthen regional structures from agriculture to bakeries.

Marketing tasks in the VORWERTS project: Participatory creation and implementation of a marketing concept, customer survey & consumer tests (among others)
