Gaby completed a bachelor‘s degree (B.Sc.) in Organic Agricultural Sciences in Witzenhausen and is working as a research associate in the EatMore project. She has many years of experience in scientific work on assessing the organic food quality. Gaby has been working for the University of Kassel since 1981. The main research focus of Gaby‘s work is the standardization of the copper-chloride crystallization and its visual evaluation. She is also responsible for a students' orientation within the sensory analysis lab as well as sensory panelists’ training.
Gaby is also currently working on the BsM project in the FÖL department.
