Short Vita
Sarah completed a Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition (M.Sc.) at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. During her studies, she spent a semester abroad at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Sarah expanded her range of expertise through practical experience in organic farming and gastronomy. Since 16.08.2023 she has been working as an administrative-technical assistant in the research project "NEUE WEGE" and is responsible for the scientific coordination of work packages 4 and 5 (at the interface between science and practice, with the cooperation and practice partner ANSTALT für Koch- und Lebensmittelkultur).
