The turbine tower is 14 m high. The wind wheel has a diameter of 4 m. The concrete foundation is 6 x 6 m tall. This includes 1 m deeply anchored bolts for securing the tower feet.
A modified gear at the top of the windmill transforms the horizontal rotation of the windmill blades into a vertical rotation, which moves a crankshaft and gives now rotating power to the gear pump at the bottom of of the tower.
With optimal wind speeds , the pump is able to lift water from the well up to 8.20 m into the storage tank. Along a ground line placed at 1 m depth under soil surface and of 5/4 inch, the water is pumped into the storag basin at about 3-4 m³ per hour.
