The Department of Cycling and Local Mobility seeks interdisciplinary answers to the questions of the sustainable transformation of mobility. Gender equality plays a decisive role in this. In order to achieve this goal, we are conducting a quantitative and qualitative survey to record the current situation of women in the cycling sector. For this purpose, we are looking for a student assistant (from the 4th BA semester) to support our team with immediate effect!
Your tasks will mainly include the following activities
Collaboration in the conception of the survey with SoSci Survey
Support in conducting qualitative interviews
Assisting with the evaluation of the survey and processing the results
Ideal requirements for your application are
Motivation and enthusiasm for topics relating to sustainability, mobility and gender equality
Good methodological knowledge in the creation, evaluation and processing of survey results - ideally with a professional background in the field of (transport/environmental) psychology
Experience in working with common online survey tools (ideally SoSci Survey) or willingness to familiarize yourself with the program
Knowledge of common statistical programs (R/SPSS)
Good knowledge of German
