Wanted: Assistant for quality management / student marketing

In the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, we are looking for a student assistant to support us in the areas of quality management and student marketing.

The position is available immediately for an initial period of six months and comprises 20 hours per month. The aim is an extension with a long-term perspective. The tasks are mainly suitable for mobile work and home office is possible by arrangement.

Job Profile:
-     Collaboration in data collection and data entry of the regular survey of the first and fourth semester
-     Collaboration in the implementation of information events for e.g. prospective students and pupils:inside about the study programs of the department
-     Support of the study service of the department in smaller routine activities such as organization of the graduation party.

You will work together with the team of the Dean's Office, especially Quality Management, Student Services and Public Relations. This will provide you with varied activities and the opportunity to gain insights into different areas of work.
We are looking for a reliable, careful and structured way of working and are happy if you contribute your own ideas to the team. Applications from all departments are welcome. Basic knowledge of statistical data processing and possibly SPSS is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
