The first partial superstructure of the Rhine bridge in Duisburg was inspected as part of the steel and composite bridge construction LV.
Together with pupils from the metal construction class at the Lauterbach vocational school, the students looked at the steel construction of the longest cable-stayed bridge in Germany and had the project managers from MCE explain the details of the impressive structure.
Many thanks to Mr. Thommesen and Mr. Schultz from the steel construction company MCE, as well as to the project manager Dr. Abel and Mr. Lichtblau from EHS consulting engineers.
