Transports of the world: Exploring the potential of an internationally oriented teaching of transport in formal education
The Department of Cycling and Local Mobility seeks interdisciplinary answers to the questions of the sustainable transformation of mobility. As part of our new project "Transport of the World", our aim is to develop a scientifically based learning module for 11 to 14-year-olds (5th-6th grade) to promote road safety and mobility education. - and are now looking for student assistants to support our team!
Your tasks will mainly include the following activities:
Support with literature research,
Support with surveys and experiments,
Research on walking and cycling measures,
Support in the organization of events,
Assisting with the writing of project reports and scientific publications.
Ideal prerequisites for your application are
Motivation and enthusiasm for sustainability topics and a desire to work in a team,
Interest in learning and research,
Good communication skills in German and English,
additional language skills for communicating with students with a migration background are highly desirable, but not necessary.
