Many thanks to Mrs. Elvira Berndt for almost 43 years of service at the University of Kassel. Today, Professor Middendorf bid farewell to Mrs. Berndt in her well-deserved retirement. In 1977, Mrs. Berndt was hired as a secretary in the Dean's Office at the then Gesamthochschule Kassel. From 1981 she worked as a foreign language secretary in the FB Civil Engineering (FG Building Materials Science) and supported the leading professors excellently with her reliability, professional competence, experience, loyalty and friendliness.
The entire department congratulates her on her retirement.
Her experience, reliability and friendliness will be greatly missed.
