On 01.10.2023 (and solemnly celebrated on 05.10.2023) Mrs. Ulrike Dumat celebrated her 40th anniversary of service. After attending the vocational school for physical-technical assistants in Olsberg, she was hired on 01.10.1983 at the then GHK (now University of Kassel).

Since then, she has been working as a physical-technical assistant at the Department of Materials for Construction and Construction Chemistry and is in charge of the facilities of the chemical-mineralogical laboratories. In particular, she is the contact person for mercury pressure porosimetry, granulometric investigations and heat flow calorimetry.
