Technical system: panel construction of biaxial prestressed concrete with basement of retaining walls

Width of upper concrete plate:       1200 mm

Width of lower concrete plate:        1000 mm

Width of 2 sidewalls:                           500 mm

128 load application points, dimension between center lines = 1000 mm

Each application point designed for static loads up to 1000 kN respectively dynamic loads up to 800 KN

test rig vertically adjustable, maximum effective span 4000 mm, maximum test capacity as follows:

static loads                            +/- 5000 KN

dynamic rising loads            +/- 5000 kN

dynamic alternating loads   +/- 4000 kN

2 hydraulik rams, each with maximum load   +/- 2500 kN

2 hydraulik rams, each with maximum load   +/- 400 KN

1 hydraulik ram, maximum load                       +/- 250 KN

hydraulik supply unit with 4 power packs, effective flow rate of 165 l/min for each power pack, overall flow rate 660 l/min on a working pressure of 280 bar

maintenance for all hydraulic rams with closed circular pipeline around the testing field

Designed for in-plane dynamic or static testing of walls with vertical loads up to 800 kN and horizontal loads up to 400 kN. Testing frequencies are strongly dependend on loadlevel, strain on the specimen and traverse path of the ram stroke
