Elena Herrmann

Elena Hauschildt is doing her doctorate supervised by Prof. Dr. Bettina Langfeldt. In her doctoral thesis, she is investigating existing decision-making patterns and the career choice phase during higher education and early career.

She studied geography and complex decision-making in Bremen. In her master's thesis, she investigated the compatibility of economy and ecology using a complexity model and conducted qualitative research on an international level.
