Anastasiya-Mariya has been a PhD candidate and researcher at the Economic Policy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Group, Department of Economics, University of Kassel, since 2020.

Anastasiya holds a Master's degree in Economic Behavior and Governance from the University of Kassel and a Bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Lviv, Ukraine. During her Master's studies, she worked as a research assistant at INCHER.

She has collaborated as a consultant with the World Bank on projects related to mental health in fragile and conflict-affected settings, refugee education, and digital education impact evaluation. Her research interests include development economics, education policy, mental health, digital interventions, big data, and impact evaluation."
